Experts will discuss issues of economic development and export at the International Business Week-2020, on December 11

One of the thematic days will be devoted to the development of the economy and exports at the forum International Business Week 2020 (IBW), which will be held in Ufa on December 8-11. Experts will discuss the best practices of creating an innovative economy, digitalization and export programs, as well as the creation of a system of leading indicators as a response to new challenges of state management of the economy on December 11, within the framework of the Economy Day.

«The International Business Week is the most anticipated event of the end of the year among entrepreneurs. The problems of small and medium-sized businesses are in the special focus of the Government's attention. The forum will discuss issues of SMEs development in the region, promoting exports, and will announce the third round of support measures», said the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan – Minister of economic development and investment policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustam Muratov.

«Exports need support now more than ever. It is the international destination that has suffered the most from coronavirus restrictions. By the end of the year, we will inevitably come to a lower level than last year. Therefore, all the conditions for a comfortable business are now being formed for exporters. The creation of the «One Window» platform by the Russian Export Center is a huge step in the process of simplifying and systematizing the export activities of enterprises», said Margarita Bolycheva, the Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities.

The «One Window» system is designed to simplify the interaction of exporters with state institutions at all stages of foreign economic activity. It will be possible to make the entry of Russian companies into foreign markets more convenient and efficient by transferring administrative processes to an online format.

Also, the ANO APE «School of Export of JSC «REC» implements its educational directions in the regions. The acceleration program «Export Fast and Furious», which is held in Bashkortostan by the regional Export Support Center, has already allowed 22 Bashkir entrepreneurs to improve their skills in entering foreign markets in 2020, according to its results, 9 companies began to supply their products abroad.

International Business Week-2020 will be held in a hybrid format-online and offline from December 8 to 11 in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan.

The business program is designed for four days and will be devoted to the topic of small and medium-sized businesses in the regions of the SCO and BRICS member countries, entrepreneurship in Russia, tourism, economy, and exports.
